Instruction activity
Percentage change in all tracked instruction activity, with the calendar-month and standardised-week comparisons side by side.
All tracked instruction activity changed −4.8% in August versus July 2026 across the calendar months, compared with +1.6% on a standardised week.
Entry share of instructions
The share of all tracked instructions that request an entry, rather than management or another action.
Entries accounted for 64.8% of all tracked instructions in August 2026, compared with 57.0% in July under the same release’s eligibility rules.
Stop-loss-field share
The share of entry instructions carrying a recognised stop-loss field in the alert text.
Recognised stop-loss fields appeared in 67.3% of entry instructions in August 2026, compared with 65.3% in July.
Weekend crypto share
Crypto’s share of weekend entry instructions, alongside its weekday share in the same month.
Crypto accounted for 67.7% of weekend entry instructions in August 2026, versus 8.7% on weekdays; average weekend-day entry activity was 13.4% of the weekday average.
Direct-entry share
The share of entry instructions using a direct-entry command, alongside the prior month’s share.
Direct commands represented 96.8% of entry instructions in August 2026, compared with 96.3% in July.
