Registered instruction measure
Entry share of instructions
The share of all tracked instructions that request an entry, rather than management or another action.
Entries accounted for 64.8% of all tracked instructions in August 2026, compared with 57.0% in July under the same release’s eligibility rules.
Definition and calculation

Limits and comparability
- A larger entry share can reflect fewer management instructions as well as more entries. It does not establish broker-side activity.
July comparisons use the August release’s consistent eligibility rules. They can differ from the separately published July bulletin. These are source-calendar months; the source time zone is unconfirmed.
Registered measurement limits
- trading frequency, activity level, or number of trades
- whether positions were opened or managed at the broker
